Carol Kirkwood is all smiles as she prepares for new week of gruelling Strictly rehearsals
Carol Kirkwood looked happy as she emerged from the BBC studios today
SHE may be training for up to ten hours a day, but Carol Kirkwood looked far from exhausted as emerged from the BBC studios today.

The 53-year-old weather presenter looked her usual happy self, despite having to prepare for another week of gruelling dance rehearsals.
She had just finished presenting her weather segment on BBC Breakfast and was, no doubt, rushing off to train for the next round of Strictly Come Dancing.

Carol dressed for warmth in a bold, blue buttoned coat which hid her navy blue midi-dress. She finished off her casual ensemble with a pair of comfy converse.
The Scottish beauty wore her golden locks in a stylish up-do, while she opted for minimal make-up with just a slick a pink lipstick.

Carol's Foxtrot impressed the Strictly judges on Saturday night
She accessorised her look with sparkly silver earrings and a smart wristwatch.
It's no wonder Carol was flashing her famous mega-watt smile, after receiving huge praise for her performance on Strictly this weekend.
Dancing the Foxtrot with her professional partner Pasha Kovalev, Carol oozed confidence in her pretty lilac attire.
The BBC beauty was delighted when she was awarded a total of 20 points from the judges.

"The clouds parts and a ray of sunshine came out onto the floor. You need to be more exaggerated in the movement of the dance. You just come out and make me smile," Len Goodman told Carol.
Judge Darcey Bussell offered Carol the most encouragement, saying: "It was such an improvement from last week. I hope you were happy. I can see you've worked really hard. The work that has gone in has paid off."
Iwan Thomas and Ola Jordan were the first couple to be eliminated from the competition after they were beaten by Jamelia and Tristan MacManus in the series' first dance off.
Next week will see Hollywood glamour hit the dance floor when the contestants battle it out in 'Movie Week'.
