Nicki Bille Nielsen is Esbjerg's top scorer this season with three goals |
DANISH footballer Nicki Bille Bielsen jumped into the crowd and downed a fan's' pint after scoring a last minute equalising penalty for Esjberg in the Danish Superliga.
Bille held his nerve to place the spot-kick into the top corner against fellow relegation candidates Hobro in the 94th minute on Monday night.
His goal earned his side a valuable 2-2 draw after the hosts took a 2-0 lead inside the opening 25 minutes.
Pal Alexander Kirkevold had opened the scoring for Hobro in the 11th minute before Thomas Hansen doubled the advantage.
However, Bille pulled one back in the 50th minute and netted the penalty in stoppage time to send the fans and players into raptures.
He could hardly contain his emotions as he jumped in among supporters before necking a pint of hat appeared to be lager.
Hobro stay bottom as a result, two points behind Esbjerg, who they would have overtaken with victory.
