Liverpool boss Rodgers claims club are nearly where they want to be despite Man Utd loss
Brendan Rodgers claims there is always pressure as Liverpool boss
BRENDAN RODGERS claims Liverpool are almost on course to achieve their targets despite a difficult start to the season.

The Reds boss has come under fire since a shock 3-0 loss at home to West Ham was followed by a 3-1 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
And while Rodgers concedes he is under pressure at Anfield, he says it is par for the course and believes they are not far off where they should be.

"It's the same as it ever was," Rodgers said.
"I don't think it has increased. It's pressure that comes from managing a huge club.
"Nothing has changed in that way. I just need to concentrate on getting the team right.
"We are only a few points off where we want to be in the league.
"The pressure is always here, it’s part and parcel of being the manager at such a huge club.”
The 42-year-old was speaking ahead of his side's Europa League clash with Bordeaux tomorrow night (6pm kick-off).
Rodgers has left six regular first-team players at home for the clash but supporters are keen for the manager to take the competition seriously.
