GTA 5 fans have been busy experimenting with the city of Los Santos |
GTA 5 fans have trying out new ways to get around Los Santos this week.
Having accomplished so much since the game hit the PC, fans have been trying all different ways to experience the game.
A Mass Effect reapers invaded the game last week but this time round users have been adding new Star Wars ships and vehicles to Grand Theft Auto 5.
A new YouTube video uploaded this week shows the work of one fan who has managed to add an X34 Landspeeder and a Speeder-Bike to the game, along with a giant Star Destroyer.
The giant spaceship can be seen hovering above Los Santos and while still a work in progress, it's still looking pretty impressive.
Other users have been focusing on making the world of GTA 5 more beautiful, with a new 4K resolution mod from ENBSeries.
Another work in progress which hasn't been released yet but fans can have a look at the screenshots here.
Users should be warned, however, that Rockstar remain firm on their modding stance, updating their system back in June to help spot cheaters.
"As a reminder, any attempt to tamper with the behavior of GTA Online by installing or executing mods, scripts, or other exploits, modifying the game files or manipulating the game in any way while it is executing will result in disciplinary action including but not limited to time in the cheater pool, bans and potential suspension of your account," a Rockstar statement read at the time.
Please help maintain the integrity of the GTA Online experience by keeping sessions free of modifications and exploits.
The release of new mods and the announcement of fresh content being added to GTA Online comes on the back of the news that The Grand Theft Auto series has sold-in over 220 million units.
That according to a Take-Two 8-K form filed with the SEC in August which also states that GTA 5 had attributed 54 million to that figure.
