David De Gea set to sign new deal with Manchester United
David De Gea could sign a new deal with Manchester United
DAVID DE GEA could be set to sign a new deal with Manchester United, according to reports.

The 24-year-old was just hours away from joining Real Madrid on deadline day when clerical errors led to the deal collapsing.
And many had expected the goalkeeper to be frozen out by Louis van Gaal following the way he had conducted himself over the summer.

However, the goalkeeper has since been named in United's Champions League squad and his future is beginning to look less bleak.
Spanish newspaper AS Diario report that the shot-stopper could put pen to paper on a new deal in a shock U-turn.

They claim De Gea's representatives have already held talks with club officials about a new deal.
The former Atletico Madrid man has just 12 months to run on his contract and could leave Old Trafford for free next summer unless a new deal is agreed.
