Call of Duty Black Ops 3: New Game Mode confirmed as Treyarch project nears end
Black Ops 3 news this week includes the return of the Mercenary Moshpit Playlist
CALL of Duty: Black Ops 3 developers, Treyarch look on course to add another fan-favourite game mode from past instalments in the COD franchise.

Gamers have been asking what old and new features are set to be added to BO3 over the past year and it appears design director David Vonderhaar has confirmed that the Mercenary Moshpit playlist will be making an appearance.
The multiplayer choice makes sure that teams are completely randomised, removing the chance of friends and clans sticking together and effectively spreading the talent across both teams.
It proved a popular choice for casuals and those who hadn't signed up to a dedicated group in past Call of Duty games and also helped bring down the chatter on player headsets.
However, the online option has not been seen in Call of Duty since Black Ops 2, leaving fans wondering if it would be accessible in the latest title.
Answering that question from a fan, Vonderhaar confirmed that if there was a demand, Treyarch would happily fill it.
"Probably," he answered.
"As long as the population is healthy enough to support good matchmaking results."
The news comes as the Black Ops 3 teams nears the end of their final project, a subject Vonderhaar also spoke about on Twitter.

"Likely just made my last check-in for the code on disc," he tweeted, before adding: So Yeah, That.
"Project nearing ends feels, then World tour!"
Black Ops 3 is set to deploy players into a future world, where bio-technology coupled with cybernetic enhancements has given rise to a new breed of Black Ops soldier.
Through Direct Neural Interface (DNI) technology, players are now connected to the intelligence grid and their fellow operatives during battle.
"In a world more divided than ever, this elite squad consists of men and women who have enhanced their combat capabilities to fight faster, stronger, and smarter."
It is expected that more details of the new Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Zombies Mode prestige and ranking system will be fleshed out in the coming weeks, with the game itself hitting shelves on November 6 on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
