Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger: Why I dropped Petr Cech and played David Ospina
Petr Cech is carrying a hamstring injury according to Arsene Wenger
ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger has revealed his reason behind playing David Ospina rather than Petr Cech against Olympiakos.

Ospina started in the Champions League for the second time this season and made an horrendous error to gift the Greeks a half-time lead.

The Colombian was slow to move his feet and dropped a corner beyond line.
After slight hesitation, the officials correctly gave the goal much to the embarrassment of Ospina.

Before the match, Wenger was asked why he started Ospina and confirmed it was due to a calf injury.
He said: "Ospina has done well and Cech had a slight calf problem before Leicester so it’s an easy decision."
