West Brom in talks to sign Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool and Southampton target
talkSPORT say the Baggies have made an approach to land the Anderlecht midfielder after sending a scouting team to assess him towards the end of last season.
Praet is considered to be one of Belgium's brightest young stars, having won his first senior cap during their friendly against Iceland in 2014.
Belgian news outlet Het Laatste Nieuws claim Anderlecht are willing to sell Praet, however, West Brom will have to stump up at least £11million to secure his signature.
However, Tony Pulis' side may have a battle on their hands to sign him, as Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, Southampton and Aston Villa have all been linked with a move to sign the 21-year-old.
Arsenal are said to be monitoring Praet's situation and may make a move depending on the outcome of West Brom's bid.
