Watford boss Quique Flores reveals Premier League preparations ahead of Everton opener
Quique Flores has spent around £25million on summer signings
WATFORD may have over 20 nationalities on their training ground - but Quique Flores insists it’s to his advantage.

The Hornets have brought in ten new faces costing around £25million this summer.
But their new boss reckons it gives him the perfect opportunity to fashion a team in his own style.
“I’ve never had it before, so many different nationalities,” said former Spain full-back Flores.

“I think it is an advantage for us because when you are training more English players maybe it is difficult to change.
“But now I can change any habits very easily.
“Sometimes it is strange because when talking in English I can talk in Spanish with Spanish, Ecuadorian and Mexican players.

“So sometimes we mix but it is a funny moment.”
And despite a host of different languages in the dressing room, Flores insists he will be communicating in English.
“I understand Italian and Portuguese but I speak only a little bit English and Spanish,” he added.
“English is the main language in the dressing room, we live in England and all of the players understand this.”
The Hornets travel to Everton on Saturday for the start of their first season back in the top flight since finishing bottom at the end of their 2006-07 campaign – which yielded just 28 points.

And if they are to have any hope of avoiding a repeat performance then strikers Troy Deeney, Matej Vydra and Odion Ighalo must fire.
Flores reckons the trio offer him the necessary firepower but has challenged them to make the step up.
He added: “For practically all the players it is a new level, they know they need to give more than last year.
“That was enough for promotion but everybody knows it is not enough for the Premier League. So we need to get to a new level.”
