Celebrity make-up artist and close pal of Katie Price, Gary Cockerill, marshals his troops to give Sarah a seductive make-over.
"She looks amazing and she's working her ass off," Gary says. "She wants it all to be so great and perfect for her fans."
Then its time for the video's star to climb on top of the mechanical bull in dark red PVC and feathers.
"I'm riding it like a rodeo. I feel like I've done a couple of rounds of polo," Sarah laughs.

"I’ve spent a long time writing and recording, and after co-writing Threads I really feel this was the track to release as my debut solo single and show my new direction musically," Sarah says.
"It's definitely got a bit of a bite to it."
Harding's solo single marks a bold new direction for her, away from Girls Aloud, just as another legendary girl band The Spice Girls move closer to announcing their 20th anniversary reunion.
"It’s a very exciting time for me at the moment."
Finally, at the end of a long and exhausting day shooting the video, a tired but exhilarated Sarah is beaming with excitement.
"It's gonna be wicked," she smiles. "It was worth every ounce of pain."
Perhaps she needs to take some tips from Kylie Minogie who makes it all look easy as she shimmies in her sexy new video for Absolutely Anything – also out today.
The Threads EP also contains a remix of the single from K-Gee, the man behind many of All Saints' greatest hits, plus as two brand new tracks, Live Before I Die and Indelible.
Self-penned by Sarah alongside Ben (brother of Jamie) Cullum and Julie Thompson, Threads’ punchy chorus leads into an electronic breakdown, bringing out Sarah’s rockier side.
