Manchester United remain keen on Harry Kane |
NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you the latest transfer news from across the globe.
Manchester United have reportedly made a discreet enquiry to sign Harry Kane.
The Red Devils have been hovering around Tottenham striker this summer.
Spurs are adamant the 22-year-old, who hit 31 goals in all competitions last term, is going nowhere.
But according to the Daily Mirror, United are ready to rock the boat by launching an ambitious bid for Kane.
Arsene Wenger doesn't think Karim Benzema will automatically land Arsenal the title should he sign.
The Gunners are thought to be lining up a club-record bid for the Frenchman.
But Wenger has questioned the impact Benzema could have, telling Sky Sports: "I respect Thierry Henry a lot for his football knowledge but it is not as mathematical as that.
"We have to develop our collective game and depend less on one guy who comes in and scores all the goals."
Tottenham are reportedly set to rekindle their interest in Real Betis winger Alvaro Vadillo.
The 20-year-old was linked to Spurs and Liverpool in January, and the Sun on Sunday claimed Mauricio Pochettino will redouble his efforts to sign the 20-year-old.
Vadillo has a £17million release clause.
