NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you the latest transfer news.

Jose Mourinho has been given the go-ahead from owner Roman Abramovich for a stunning late £112million double swoop.
Mourinho is determined to land Everton defender John Stones and is expected to press ahead with a £40m move for him this week.

And News News Blog Sport understands Chelsea are ready to smash the British transfer record with a £72m deal for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

Mourinho has already spent over £50m bringing in Pedro, Baba Rahman, Asmir Begovic and Radamel Falcao (loan).

Arsenal are plotting a shock swoop for Paris Saint-Germain star Edinson Cavani, according to reports.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger made Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema his top striker target this summer, but he did his best to rubbish any suggestions he is set to quit the Bernabeu.

And according to the Daily Mail, Arsenal are now exploring a move for Cavani, who is also being tracked by Manchester United.

The Uruguay international, 28, joined PSG from Napoli for £55m in 2013.

United are preparing a stunning £240m package deal for Barcelona ace Neymar and still want £20m Southampton winger Sadio Mane.

The Sun report United will pay £165m in transfer fees (including tax add-ons) for Neymar and offer him a five-year £75m contract worth £300,000 a week.

It is claimed the Red Devils want Mane as well, after missing out on Pedro to Chelsea.
