TOTTENHAM are closing in on a deal for West Brom striker Saido Berahino, according to reports.
Berahino cut a frustrated figure as his side went down to Manchester City on Monday night in the 3-0 defeat at the Hawthrons.
However the Baggies are expected to hold out for closer to their £25m valuation.
But Spurs are keen to pair him with Harry Kane and will offer around £18million, according to the Daily Mail.

Spurs have so far failed to add to their attack this summer and want someone to support Harry Kane.
Emmanuel Adebayor is surplus to requirements and could join Aston Villa while Roberto Soldado is also out of favour.
Berahino hit 20 times last season and was called up into Roy Hogdson's England squad and attracted interest from Liverpool and Arsenal.
