Sadio Mane and Victor Wanyama both start despite intense speculation surrounding their future at Southampton.
The pair have been linked with Manchester United and Tottenham respectively and were expected to be left out.
But manager Ronald Koeman insists none of his players are leaving and hasn't let the rumours dictate his selection policy.
He makes two changes from Thursday's draw with FC Midtjylland in the Europa League, with Cedric Soares and Steven Davis brought back in.
Meanwhile, Watford make just one change as Jose Holebas is preferred to Miguel Layun.
New signing Alessandro Diamanti is on the bench.
