Raheem Sterling entertained himself on a mini Segway
RAHEEM STERLING has been captured arriving at Manchester's Lowry Hotel using an unusual method of transport - a glider.

The two wheeled device, similar to a Segway, costs around £1,200 and Manchester City's new £49m signing was seen zipping around the hotel in Salford, which is his temporary accommodation.

Onlookers caught the 20 year-old arriving on wheeled board and riding up the hotel's disabled ramp before scooping it up and heading inside.

Raheem Sterling will make his City debut on Monday
Boarders lean forward to move, turn 360 degrees easily and change direction at a speedy 7mph.
Sterling's new toy has become the must have gadget among footballers with former team-mate Mario Balotelli and Chelsea's Cesc Fabregas also caught balancing on the mini-Segway.

Sterling scored three goals in in five pre-season matches for City including one on his debut against Real Madrid.
The England international is expected to start for City, following his acrimonious exit from Liverpool this summer, in their Premier League opener against West Brom on August 10.
