Nearly four MILLION Brits haven't drunk a glass of water in OVER a week
rly four million people haven't had a glass of water for over a week
WHEN did you last have a glass of water? Because many Brits haven't had one for over a week.

It might not be the hottest summer on record (yet, give it time) but drinking water at any time of the year is uber important.
Would you believe it if we told you nearly four million Brits haven't had a glass of water in over a week.
A recent study by sparkling water maker SodaStream has revealed we are a nation quite literally gasping for H20.
A huge 52 per cent of those surveyed claimed they were reaching for a tea or a coffee instead of water - replacing their H20 intake with caffeine. A third of those explained this saying ‘they need caffeine more than water’ - astounding.

Over three million Brits said they think soft drinks are better than water
The leading sparkling water maker found only 23 per cent of the nation claim to regularly drink the recommended two litres of water a day and over a quarter are unaware of the recommended daily water intake.
More worryingly, over three million Brits said they think soft drinks and energy drinks are better for them than water. Talking of soft drinks, have you seen the affect Coca-Cola has on your body?
Supporting SodaStream's Hydrate the Nation campaign, GP Dr Ellie Cannon has condemned the nation's attitude to hydration.
She said: "Water is the healthiest way to hydrate; it energises us, aids digestion and weight loss and improves the complexion to name just a few of the benefits.

"Despite this, many people are drinking far less than they should and their health could be suffering as a result."
She added: "One in five GP visits in the UK are down to tiredness and fatigue. It is thought that dehydration could be a culprit in over 12 per cent of cases.
"Simple tricks like adding a little sparkle to your water can help encourage you to drink more water every day and you’ll be feeling healthier and re-energised before you know it."
Despite the nation’s lack lustre uptake of H20, people are aware of some of the benefits such with many admitting that water makes them feel more energised, improves their complexion and makes their skin glow.
SodaStream provides a number of sparkling water makers in its award-winning range, with the most recent model, Power, creating sparkling water at the touch of a button.
