Manchester United 'haggling' over Pedro's buy-out clause as City close in
Manchester United want to sign Pedro from Barcelona
MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly struggling to secure a deal to sign Barcelona target Pedro.

The Daily Mail claim the Red Devils are “haggling” with the La Liga giants over the striker’s £21.3million buy-out clause.
It is believed United have offered £17.7million plus £3.6m in add-ons in an attempt to land the Spaniard, however, Barca want the full amount.

But Manchester City are said to be monitoring the situation at the Nou Camp but are yet to make a bid.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side are reportedly willing to pay the asking price in full for the 28-year-old, who is desperate to secure more regular first-team football.

While Pedro started against Athletic Bilbao on Friday evening, Barca boss Luis Enrique admitted that he is still unsure of the attacker’s future, saying: “We all know the situation that Pedro is experiencing.
“We want him to stay, but it’ s a difficult decision. Nothing has changed yet, but it will change.

“Pedro is in a difficult situation. He’s a player who wants to stay but also wants more minutes. All the fans understand the Pedro situation.
“He has been, is and always will be loved by Catalans because of his professionalism.”
