| Angel Di Maria's Manchester United nightmare is coming to an end |
MANCHESTER UNITED have reportedly squeezed out an extra £3million for Angel Di Maria.
The Argentine winger passed his medical yesterday in Doha ahead of his switch to the French giants.
United were expected to make a £16m loss on the player they had paid £59.7m for last summer.
But the Daily Mirror claims Louis van Gaal forced PSG to pay an extra £3m for Di Maria.
Van Gaal it is believed, demanded £46m for the player despite PSG understanding they had a £43m deal agreed.
Di Maria skipped United's pre-season tour despite being given permission to talk to PSG.
But the 27-year-old was fined two weeks wages (£360,000) as a result of his misdemeanour.
