Man United chief executive Ed Woodward jets in to Barcelona to complete deal for Pedro
Pedro could finally be about to complete his move from Barcelona to Manchester United
MANCHESTER UNITED chief executive Ed Woodward has flown to Barcelona to finally try and tie up a £22m deal for unsettled Pedro Rodriguez.

Woodward watched Barca's Spanish Super Cup second leg against Atletico Bilbao at the Nou Camp in the hope of concluding a deal that is understood to have slowed down because interest from Chelsea and Manchester City.

United boss Louis Van Gaal wants to add pace, creativity and goals to his team while Pedro - who has a £22m release clause in his contract - wants to quit the Champions League holders because of his frustration at his lack of game-time.
Pedro came on as a sub to score Barca's winner in the UEFA Super Cup final against Seville last week but was angry he wasn't in the starting line-up with Neymar ruled out by illness.
Barca boss Luis Enrique wants to keep the 28-year-old but admits the player's future is in his own hands, providing a club triggers his release clause.
