| Madonna and ex husband Sean Penn's birthdays are just a day apart |
QUEEN of Pop Madonna turns 57 today and to celebrate the occasion, she took to Instagram to share the ultimate throwback photo.
Despite splitting from ex husband Sean Penn years ago, it seems like he's still on her mind.
The Material Girl hitmaker took to Instagram to share an incredibly sexy snap of the pair, taken in 1988 by photographer Herb Pitts.
The photo shows Sean leaning in to kiss Madonna's cheek, while she poses seductively for the camera.
She posted the snap alongside the caption: "It's almost our birthdays!! 2 Leo's #rebelhearts photo by Herb Ritts another Leo."

Madonna celebrates her 57th birthday today, while Sean turns 55 tomorrow. The pair married on her birthday in 1985 and split two years later.
Sean said in an interview with Esquire UK back in March: "Initially, in a divorce, you kick and bite about the other person.
"But finally you’re looking at your failures to that person, to a marriage, to a friendship, to yourself during that time as well.
"Because no matter what the other person was or wasn’t, for better and for worse, it really has so little to do with the growth you need to find better circumstances."
He added: "Almost exclusively it has to do with your own stuff."
As well as sending birthday love to Sean, Madonna also took to the social media site to thank her army of fans for all of the messages.
She shared a snap of herself on tour, alongside the caption: "Thanks to all my #rebelheartfans for all your birthday wishes!!!! #livingforlove"
She also posted a photo of a 'Rebel Heart' birthday cake.
