Liverpool Transfer News: Balotelli blasts boss, Chelsea midfielder bid, Spurs eye bargain
Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool's Fabio Borini
NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news from Anfield.

Mario Balotelli has hit out at Brendan Rodgers' tactics after the striker confirmed his move to Milan today.
Balotelli, 25, has agreed a one-year loan deal at the San Siro club that he left for Liverpool just last year.

He scored four goals for the Reds last season and didn't feature in any of their games this campaign.
“I must accept my faults, but the formation chosen by [manager Brendan] Rodgers was not suited to my characteristics. At the beginning I missed several easy chances, then I had fewer chances to score, a bit of bad luck, injuries. A mess of things," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“But I never complained, I accepted the decisions of the manager and I always behaved like a professional.
“The professional Mario didn’t just land here in Milanello, even at Liverpool my behaviour and lifestyle were normal. Over the last year there was never a problem with my private life.
“I may have put pictures from restaurants on Instagram, but that does not mean I did not train even though I was not playing.”

Besiktas have surrendered their pursuit of Liverpool midfielder Lucas and have instead turned their attention to Chelsea's Jon Obi Mikel.
The Turkish club are seeking a deep-lying midfielder before the transfer window shuts and reportedly had a deal lined up to capture Lucas.
Liverpool were said to be willing to let their 28-year-old Brazilian go after the player had a row with Rodgers before the start of the season.
But the move has been blocked, with the Daily Mail now claiming Besiktas will pursue Mikel.
The Nigerian was a late substitute for the Blues in their 3-2 victory at West Brom last weekend and is expected to be offloaded before Tuesday's transfer deadline.

Tottenham want to sign Fabio Borini, the Liverpool Echo quote Tuttomercatoweb as reporting.
The north London club are seeking forward partners for Harry Kane after Roberto Soldado moved to Spain this summer.
Both Emmanuel Adebayor and Erik Lamela are set to leave before the transfer deadline, with Spurs eyeing West Brom's Saido Berahino and Son Heung-min of Leverkusen as replacements.
But with both players costing around £22million to sign, it is understood Spurs are also keeping an eye out for a bargain - with 24-year-old Borini available on the cheap.
