COMEDIAN Keith Lemon has taken a swipe at Kelly Brook by hinting he doesn't necessarily think her string of romances are "real" and instead are an elaborate PR stunt.

The 42-year-old outspoken TV personality is good friends with the buxom brunette, 35, but perhaps not for long after he has publicly trashed her love life.
Keith, who's real name is Leigh Francis, didn't pull any punches when he was asked if he thought she would settle down with her current beau Jeremy Parisi.

"I don't know if her relationships are real or not," Keith told Star magazine.
"She's a PR expert, she knows exactly what she's doing and she's brilliant at it."

The Celebrity Juice host recalled the model being hounded by photographers when she in a relationship with her former fiancé David McIntosh, 29.
"I was in America with her [when she was engaged to David McIntosh] and there were paparazzi everywhere," he said.
"I was like: 'How do they know where you are?' And she said: 'They just follow me everywhere.' She just laughs it off."
Keith also claimed that Kelly never intended on marrying the former Gladiators star, and when he questioned whether she was going to wed she allegedly replied: "No, no. But it's a nice ring though, isn't it?"

Kelly's latest fling with personal trainer Jeremy has been well-documented on her Instagram feed since they met when he was training her in Los Angeles earlier this year.
The loved-up pair have enjoyed romantic city breaks across Europe in London, Paris and Rome, and two months ago she even met Jeremy's family at their home in rural France.
Earlier this week, the actress posted a topless photo of her hunky shirtless boyfriend as he cleaned out a swimming pool.
She cheekily captioned it: "I love it when the sun comes out."

Meanwhile, her bodybuilder ex-fiancé spoke out a few months ago about how their year-long romance turned "sour".
"Bullying isn't about physical strength. It's mental. I'm a hard man but when I love someone I let my guard down and people exploit that," he told The Sun on Sunday.
Last year Kelly and David got engaged after an 11-week whirlwind romance and they moved to Los Angeles together, but six months later they called things off.
"She was everything that I wanted. And then it turned sour. That's what's so shocking. She's a beautiful woman but she can be nasty too."
