How Liverpool are stopping West Ham, Tottenham and Chelsea sign Charlie Austin
QPR want £15m for Charlie Austin
CHARLIE AUSTIN's protracted return to the Premier League has hit a buffer over QPR's valuation.

But director of football Les Ferdinand insists £15million is the "true valuation" when taking into consideration the fee for Christian Benteke's move to Livepool.

Austin struck 18 goals as Rangers were relegated to the Championship, while Benteke hit 13 as Villa narrowly survived.

The Belgium striker secured a move to Anfield for £32.5m after the Reds agreed to pay his buy-out clause.
And despite Austin having just one year remaining on his deal at Loftus Road, Ferdinand is adamant the club won't be low-balled.
“If you look at what Benteke went for, I don’t think we’re pricing him out the market," Ferdinand told BBC London. "It’s just a true valuation.”

Austin scored as Rangers drew 2-2 with Cardiff and Clint Hill - who grabbed the other goal - believes the saga could rumble on until the end of the window.
Hill said: "I don't know if that will be his last game today. Every day it is different and we won't know probably until the last day of window.
"He's in a difficult situation. He's in the press every day and there's a lot of attention on him, he doesn't know where he is going to end up. Obviously it's very unsettling for him."
