GTA 5 Update: New CJ DLC hints dropped as Rockstar offer fresh Online Heists finale
The GTA 5 Rockstar Editor has been promised for launch on PS4 and Xbox One
Following up on their promise to deliver cut-price deals in GTA Online, Rockstar have dropped the cost on one of the game's handiest destructive items.
For today only, GTA Online is offering 50% off Sticky Bombs and will be followed by a new deal on one of the items connected with the Pacific Standard Job.
Further hints have appeared online pointing to possible Grand Theft Auto DLC story content coming to Xbox, PlayStation and PC.
Shawn Fonteno, the voice of Franklin in GTA 5, has been uploading more pictures to his Instagram account, linked to his in-game character.
Could it be possible that Carl Johnson, CJ from GTA: San Andreas, is set to make a return in a new storyline involving Michael and Trevor?
Rockstar have confirmed that they still plan to release a version of the PC Rockstar editor for PS4 and Xbox One, although it is currently not known if it will be launched with any other new content.
Rockstar announced that they are bringing the double cash and RP bonuses to its finale this week with The Pacific Standard Job.
Fans can sign into GTA Online this week and earn some big rewards from August 3 through to 9, with the final take now up to $2.4m.
The developer also announced that bonuses would be extended to Elite Challenges, meaning those players who can complete the mission in under 10:15 minutes, avoid having NOOSE called and make sure nobody gets wasted can make a lot more on top of the overall team take.

A Rockstar statement confirms: "The grand finale in our lineup of GTA Online Double GTA$ & RP Heist bonuses kicks off today and lasts through the weekend with the biggest score of them all: the daring assault on the vaults of the Pacific Standard Public Deposit Bank.
"To set-up this raid on Pacific Standard's flagship branch in Downtown Los Santos, you'll need to steal motorbikes from the Lost M.C., destroy a Merryweather convoy, extract a fugitive from the clutches of the LSPD and much more - all while earning twice the GTA$ and RP you normally would."
GTA Online's activities have also seen a boost, Rockstar confirmed that a new range of bonuses can be found in those deeds that are linked to key skills required for The Pacific Standard Job.
They include:
  • Deathmatch: Finish in Top 3, Run Over and Kill an Enemy Using a Vehicle
  • Missions: Not Losing Any Lives Bonus
  • Races: Clean Lap, Fastest Lap, First for Whole Lap, Get Into 1st Place, Overtake Player 5 Times, Overtake Player 10 Times, Slipstream for 5 Seconds
  • Simeon Car Export Requests
  • Stunt Jumps
  • Survival: Enemy Kill, Vehicle Destroyed
July saw a double cash and RP bonus for all other four-player heists, with The Pacific Standard Job being the final and top grossing one of the lot.
