Everton give Chelsea and Manchester United a huge boost in John Stones pursuit
Christian Zapata is on Everton's shortlist if John Stones leaves
EVERTON are lining up a move for AC Milan defender Christian Zapata in the fear that John Stones could leave.
Stones has been linked with Chelsea, while Manchester United are also considering a move.

Everton have so far rejected two bids for Stones and Roberto Martinez believes he will stay put.
However they have begun sounding out replacements in case the 21-year-old does move on.
And the Daily Mail report that Colombia defender Zapata is on their shortlist.
The 28-year-old joined Milan in 2012 from Villarreal.
He has 34 international caps but struggled for games in Serie A last season.
Yesterday Everton completed the signing of Barnsley teenager Mason Holgate on a five-year deal.
