Elizabeth Hurley sells country home in the Cotswolds for £9m
Liz Hurley owns another country home in Herefordshire
ACTRESS Liz Hurley has sold her farm for a bumper £5.7million profit.

Hurley, 50, bought the stunning Grade II-listed property in the Cotswolds for £3.3million in 2002.
She was dating her future husband, Indian businessman Arun Nayar at the time, and got stuck into the country life, producing organic meat for Harrods.

They are now divorced. Hurley, currently starring in the US series The Royals, put the home in Ampney Knowle, Glos, on the market with Knight Frank for £6million.

The farm has nine bedrooms, six bathrooms and goes across 410 acres
But there were no buyers so she threw in an extra 300 acres and bumped up the price to £9million.
In total, the estate boasts 410 acres. The decision has paid off with Hurley selling the home with its nine bedrooms and six bathrooms to a farming family.
It is one of the biggest sales of the year outside London. Henry Pryor, a property analyst, said the wealthy have always been attracted to the lifestyle in radio’s The Archers.
“Farmland has outperformed even Mayfair house prices over the past decade,” he added.
“Living in a slice of Downton Abbey comes at a hefty price but when you consider the financial benefits the maths adds up.”
Hurley has another country home near Ledbury in Herefordshire.
