| Sean Goss commits future at Manchester United until 2019 |
MANCHESTER UNITED youngster Sean Goss has put pen to paper on a new four-year deal.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who was a surprise inclusion in Louis van Gaal's pre-season tour, revealed the news on his personal Instagram account.
"Happy to have extended my future with #mufc," he wrote. "Hopefully more good times ahead."
Goss, who was born in Germany, has previously been likened to Red Devils team-mate Michael Carrick.
Under-21s manager Warren Joyce heaped praise on Goss for earning a call-up to the senior squad.
"He's a dependable lad and has got it all sorted when the ball comes to him with his pass selection," Joyce said. "His technique is good and he's worked really hard.
"He had an opportunity to train with the manager and he must have done something to catch the eye."
