| Lazar Markovic has signed for Fenerbahce |
LAZAR MARKOVIC has completed his loan move to Fenerbahce from Liverpool.
The Serbian winger will spend the season in Turkey as Liverpool farm out the youngster in an attempt to maintain his development.
Markovic moved to Anfield for £20million from Benfica last summer, but has slipped down the pecking order for manager Brendan Rodgers.
Liverpool hope he will return next season and be ready to challenge for a regular first team spot.
Watford had been interested in Markovic, but it was decided to send him abroad rather than play him in the Premier League.
