Confirmed: Chelsea and Arsenal target joins AS Roma on loan
Antonio Rudiger is making the move to Serie A
AS ROMA have announced the loan signing of German defender Antonio Rudiger from Stuttgart.

The 22-year-old has two years left on his contract at the Mercedes-Benz Arena but moves to Serie A on a season-long loan with the option of a permanent deal for around £6m.
Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea were both interested in the German international but have missed out on the talented centre-back.
Rudiger replaces Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, who has joined Lyon this summer.

He told Roma TV: "I’m absolutely delighted to be able to wear the Roma jersey. I’ve come here to win titles, to win the Scudetto.
"I would like to thank all the Roma fans and promise them that I will give everything for this club."
In 66 Bundesliga appearances for Stuttgart, he has scored two goals and has six caps for Germany.
