Lucas Piazon has joined Reading on loan.
The Brazilian youngster, 21, confirmed the deal himself when he tweeted a picture at the Madjeski Stadium.
He spent last season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem.
Piazon joined Chelsea in 2012 from Sao Paulo and made has made one Premier League appearances against Aston Villa in December 2012 in the 8-0 win.
Nathaniel Chalobah will join Napoli on loan.
The England under-21 star has failed to make an impact on Mourinho's side.
Despite their sluggish start and need for more midfield protection Chalobah is set for another spell away from the Bridge.
