Chelsea ace: Pedro's 'hunger' will help Jose Mourinho's side to be like Barcelona
Pedro scored one and assisted one in his Premier League debut victory over West Brom
CESAR AZPILICUETA has praised new signing Pedro for his debut performance at the weekend.

Chelsea's new £21.4million signing made his Premier League debut in their 3-2 win over West Brom on Sunday, scoring their first goal and earning an assist for Diego Costa.
"It was an amazing debut, you couldn’t think about a better day for him," said Azpilicueta.

"Obviously he scored but after the goal what he did during the game - pressing, movement into space, quality on the ball – showed he has fitted in really well. I think he has a lot of soul for the team."
Pedro's impressive debut comes as no surprise to the defender however, having played together for their national side.
And Azpilicueta hopes the success Pedro has achieved with Barcelona can help the Blues continue to win more trophies.

"I know him from the national team, from the times I have played against him, and from watching him on TV," he added.
"He has hunger, he has really good quality with the ball, he scores a lot of goals, and he knows how to find space. In defence he helps the team and he presses the ball.

"He is a man with a World Cup, a European Championship and three Champions Leagues. He has the experience and I know his ambition. He is hungry to help the team win trophies.
"In England a few details are different [to Spain], like the pace and the fact teams push until the end, even when they are losing. He is discovering the Premier League and I’m sure he will get better. He’s a very good signing for us."
