The reality star's growing tum was further emphasised in a skintight grey outfit yesterday, as she left a studio in Los Angeles.

There was no sign of the 34-year-old's famous family as she strutted out of the building with a serious expression on her face.
Wearing her dark tresses down in a voluminous 'do, the pregnant beauty looked ready for her close-up in immaculate and smoky make-up.
However, it was Kim's ample chest that proved impossible to miss in the low-cut dress, which clung to her bump, as well as a long pale coat - another wardrobe favourite.

The mother-of-one polished off her attire with nude heels, complete with crossover detailing on the front, as well as a delicate silver necklace.
Kim was thought to be filming for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, after posting a shout out to her make-up artist and stylist online.
The star is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West in December, and announced the news during the KUWTK midseason finale.

Her outing comes just days after her rep said claims that said she was stressing over her pregnancy weight gain were "false".
Kim recently tweeted about having grown a lot in recent weeks: "Went to the Dr today for a check up, guess I was off on my 20-week mark by a week or two… but not the 20lbs LOL."
"Kim is totally freaking out over how rapidly she's been gaining weight. She's wondering how the hell she's going to handle it," a source previously told Now magazine.
