SKY is rolling out a major redesign for one of its most popular services, Sky Go.
Sky is rolling out its most significant redesign to Sky Go since the service launched in 2011.
The update to the online and app-based television service brings the visuals in-line with the upcoming Sky Q.
Sky has updated the home page for the Sky Go mobile app and web service, which it hopes to build upon with new functionality throughout the next year.
The broadcaster teased, “later in the year, the popular streaming service will introduce clever new features to make the experience of watching whenever and wherever even better.
“These updates, all part of Sky’s continued commitment to innovating on its leading mobile platform, will put both live and on demand TV at the heart of Sky Go.”
Sky believes its next update to Sky Go will make it easier to binge on your favourite box sets thanks to a new “Watch Next Episode” feature.
It also plans on making its easier for Sky Go customers to find more movies to watch.
But until then, Sky Go users can simply appreciate the sleek, stylish new look online and on their mobile app.
The Sky Go redesign is available online now, and will roll-out to Android users later today.
However iOS users will have to wait until February to get the new look, as part of a phased roll out.

“Both the redesign rolling out today and brilliant new features coming later this year are all part of our commitment to making finding the best TV brilliantly simple.
“So grab your phone or tablet, log in, and enjoy your favourite TV wherever you are.”
There are now up to 70 channels available to watch via the Sky Go service, which is available to all Sky TV customers at no extra cost.
Alongside the live channels, Sky also populates the service with on-demand boxsets and shows, to rival services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
