ASHLEY WILLIAMS admits he had to Google Swansea's new head coach to find out who he was.
But he has backed 'The Unknown One' to keep them in the Premier League.
Francesco Guidolin will meet his players for the first time today with the majority of them knowing little about the man tasked with retaining their top-flight status.
The 60-year-old Italian, who has managed only in his homeland save for one miserable spell at Monaco, had a watching brief for Monday's crucial 1-0 win over Watford.
And matchwinner Williams said: "What I do know I got from doing a Google search from him the other night and I am sure the other lads did the same.
"This is our third manager in the space of a few weeks, which is obviously not ideal, but a new manager coming in can help when you are in a bit of a rut and that freshness will help.
"I am sure he will have lots of ideas, he will have ideas about us as players and as a team and if that helps then brilliant."
