Mauricio Pochettino hails Tottenham youngsters after 'fantastic' win over Norwich
Pochettino praised his young charges as they moved into a clear fourth position

He said: "We feel very proud of these players. For the first 15 minutes it was a difficult game but then it was a fantastic performance."
And as Kane made it 27 goals overall this year, his coach added: "We are very pleased for him. To get these goals is fantastic for him, but we are just as pleased for the team. It is a real pleasure to work with this team.
"Football today is very different. It is not just about talent, you have to work hard as a team as well and they did that today.

On the impressive partnership Alli and Kane are building he said: "We work hard and they have quality together. We are fourth in the table and hopefully this will bring us even more confidence.
"Alli has been very quick to show his talent here. Sometimes is seems as if he has been playing with us for 10 years.
"We are the youngest team in the Premier League and we can only improve. The defeat against Newcastle was an accident, but I am very pleased with the reaction these players have given me."

A disappointed Alex Neill admitted that on the day Norwich had been beaten by a very good team "who have quality players all over the pitch".
He added: "I didn't think there was anything in it for the first 25 minutes, but then they got a penalty that gave them the confidence.
"We had decent opportunities before they scored but they played well and had better quality than us.

"At this level to give a team like Spurs a two-goal lead is always going to be extremely difficult to turn the game around.
"The next game is crucial for us. If we beat Aston Villa it takes us to 20 points halfway through the season and then I would expect this group to pick up more points in the second half of the season."
