GUUS HIDDINK has revealed he has told his new Chelsea players to take a long hard look at themselves.
Hiddink has ben drafted in as Chelsea interim boss after Jose Mourinho was sacked last week.
Mourinho was axed after a disastrous title defence from the Blues, who are currently 15th in the Premier League.
The Portuguese boss lost the dressing room at Stamford Bridge, with fans vocally criticising Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas for their role in Mourinho's downfall during Saturday's 3-1 win over Sunderland.

And Hiddink admits he has been up front with his inherited players about what they need to do now.
"Yesterday I talked fully to the squad," he said.
"I told them, things happen in football and I want them to look in the mirror, not just two seconds but longer, and see how they can contribute on the way up.
"I told them as professionals to look in the mirror and be ultra-critical."
