ALAN PARDEW has confirmed he is in line for a pay rise now Crystal Palace have new American investors.
US businessmen Joshua Harris and David Blitzer have taken a 36 per cent stake and are set to pump in cash.
Talks on a contract extention for Pardew are in the pipeline but the Eagles boss was more interested in the club expanding as a whole.
He said: “There has been some discussion but the bottom line is we're in a great place.
“And it's very difficult not to change the dynamics of a club running very, very well when new owners come in.
“And I think David and Josh are keen for it to progress as it has been progressing.
“(Chairman) Steve Parish has tried to put foundations for the club to go forward.
“We could become a bigger club, because we're in London. That gives us a massive advantage.
“No disrespect to the rest of the country, it just does, location-wise for international players and access to their families.
“So we've got an opportunity that we're going to try to grasp."
Palace will kick off at Bournemouth on Boxing Day in sixth place - out of the top four on goal difference only.
But Pardew has injury concerns as Yohan Cabaye rated at 50-50 and other key men requiring tests on the day.
Pardew would not reveal their identities but they are suspected to be forwards Yannick Bolasie and Connor Wickham.
