An Eiffel Tower peace symbol has gone viral in the aftermath of the Paris terror attacks
A TOUCHING Eiffel Tower peace symbol went viral after the Paris terror attacks which left at least 127 people dead.
 
The image is one of many being shared on social media to honour the victims and show solidarity with Paris.

The picture shows a traditional peace sign with the typical three pronged cross in the centre being replaced by the Eiffel Tower.
 
It's been widely by users of social media sites Facebook and Twitter along with the hashtags #PrayforParis and #jesuisparis.

Instagram user Jean Jullien created the poignant picture, which is made up of what appears to be think blue paint brush strokes.

The image so far has received more than 103,000 likes.

It was shared alongside the caption ‘Peace for Paris’.

The Islamic State (ISIS) have claimed responsibility for the attacks, with French President Francois Hollande describing it as an “act of war".
