DYNAMO KIEV have been fined £70,000 and will play two games behind closed doors after racist attacks on fans after their game against Chelsea last month.
Dynamo fans attacked at least eight supporters in a home section of Kiev's Olympic Stadium during their 0-0 Champions League draw with Chelsea on 20 October.
UEFA have also given them a three-year suspension on a third stadium ban.
Most of the victims were black, and some were white who tried to protect the black fans, report AP.
Trouble in the stands was reported after the game and Volodimir Spilchenko, director of the stadium, said a special section for black spectators could be introduced.
"We are trying, maybe, to make a special sector [for black fans]. In order to avoid the manifestation of racism."
A journalist initially put forward the idea, to which Spilchenko replied: "We'll probably listen to your offer."
Dynamo, whose former president Hrigoriy Surkis is a UEFA vice president, will play in an empty stadium against Maccabi Tel Aviv on 9 December.
The second closed-door match will be in the Champions League round of 16 or Europa League round of 32 next year.
Chelsea beat Kiev 2-1 in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge two weeks after the incidents in Ukraine.
The English title holders beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 4-0 last night and must beat Porto in their final Champions League clash to progress to the knockout stage.
