Pokemon Go fans are set to find out more news on the game in October |
POKEMON GO is the new real world gaming title that is being made possible by a partnership between Nintendo, The Pokemon Company and Niantic, who are ready to reveal more on the new Android and iPhone title.
Gamers were first made aware by the ambitious project on September 9, when it was revealed through an intriguing launch trailer that teased at the possibility of catching Pokemon with friend and family in nearby locations.
All three companies are set to plow resources into the game, with Niantic, Inc. taking on the development.
Founded as a start-up within Google, Niantic have seen success with Ingress, a simple augmented reality mobile game that has proved extremely popular with gamers, while exploring a whole new way to play on your smartphone.

It uses GPS technology "to fuel a sci-fi story encompassing the entire world, which currently boasts 12 million downloads worldwide.
It is still not known what level of tech we can expect from Pokemon Go, the way in which the likes of Pikachu and Charizard will be viewed is something that could prove either exhilarating for fans, or disappointing.
And for those eager to learn more, Niantic have supplied an update, revealing that new information on the project is just round the corner.
"We’re not quite ready to talk in more depth about Pokémon GO than what was revealed in the announcement press release and assets,” Niantic representative Evan Dexter told Slate.
“Come mid-October we’ll be able to start going into more depth about our plans for the game, and about our plans for real world gaming overall.”
Real world gaming certainly poses a tempting new frontier and with the power of an incredibly successful franchise and the likes of Nintendo ready to lend a hand, Pokemon Go has the real chance to be a game changer.

Nintendo revealed their ambition to enter the market after announcing a partnership with gaming mobile platform experts DeNA, earlier this year.
DeNA are confident that the size of the game's giants dedicated fanbase will make the new titles planned for release financially successful products.
Nintendo have since given an update, revealing that the five mobile titles being promised do NOT include Pokemon Go, while industry experts have told fans that a new announcement will be coming soon.
If we can expect Pokemon Go news by as earlier as this week, it could mean another mobile announcement from Nintendo isn't too far away either.
