ELIAQUIM MANGALA insists nobody at Manchester City has pressed the panic button ahead of their trip to Borussia Monchengladbach.
After an imperious start to the season Manuel Pellegrini's side have lost their last two Premier League matches and slipped to second in the table.
Prior to those defeats City lost their opening Champions League Group D fixture to Italian side Juventus at the Etihad Stadium.
Last season, City put their supporters through the mill in a stressful Champions League group stage campaign as they just squeezed into the knockout phase.
But despite a recent sticky patch Managala has urged his team-mates to keep calm and carry on against the German outfit tomorrow night.
"We still have games left to qualify, so we shouldn't sound the alarm yet," said the France centre-back.
"We just have to show that Juventus was an off day, and keep on working on what we do well and get rid of what didn't go too well.
"We are still confident, and we will stay with the same dynamic we've had since the start of the season and we will even get stronger.
"We know we have the right squad to go a long way in the Champions League."
City will check on the fitness skipper Vincent Kompany, who has a calf problem, while Mangala himself is battling to be fit with a muscle problem.
After an uncertain first season at City Mangala believes he is now starting to find his top form following a £32m move from Porto.
"I feel at ease, I have everything in my own hands in order to achieve good things. There is no more transition, or unknown things," he added.
"I know everything by heart, I've adapted to the lifestyle here, to how the club works, to the other teams or to the league.
"There are no problems any more, I have everything I need to achieve great things with Manchester City."
