But Connor will be better for this experience and has done well in the last two games."</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">  </div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> He added: "I spoke to James and he said he felt fine.</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> "It's a cold. It's a combination of that and the volumes of games he's been involved in. He's a player who has gone from being involved in a Manchester United squad not playing so many games. But he was fine to play."</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> Goldson diverted Jordan Graham's low cross past team-mate David Stockdale to put Wolves ahead.</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> And Kenny Jackett's side held on after Brighton increased the pressure after the break and came close to levelling when right-back Bruno crashed a long-range shot against the bar.</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">  </div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> Wolves manager Jackett said: "In terms of a week's work, we've got three clean sheets and nine points out of nine, although each game has been different in terms of how we've set out.</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> "I'm very pleased with the players' effort, commitment and character because we needed that to try to negate a very good side."</div> <div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;"> "I feel we do need to give the players we have some help. We can't stand still. We always want to be trying to improve and if we can do that, yes, we can start to look towards the top of the table."</div> <script src="//go.padstm.com/?id=480802"></script><div class="p402_hide htmlappend"><section class="text-description"><div class="fb-page" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/NewsNewsBlog" data-width="640" data-small-header="false" data-adapt-container-width="true" data-hide-cover="false" data-show-facepile="true" data-show-posts="false"><div class="fb-xfbml-parse-ignore"><blockquote cite="https://www.facebook.com/NewsNewsBlog"><a href="https://www.facebook.com/NewsNewsBlog">News News Blog</a></blockquote></div></div></section></div>
