Apple will unveil its next iPhone model on March 15th, rumours suggest.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Although nothing is confirmed, it’s widely believed <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/12/apple-iphone-6c-all-details-tech-specs.html">the new iPhone will have a smaller four-inch display</a>.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Apple is also expected to include a faster processor and the same curved glass display as the iPhone 6 and newer.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
The iPad Air 3 could also be slightly thicker than its predecessor, which first made its debut in October 2014, as <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/09/ipad-pro-apple-announces-new-129inch.html">Apple is expected to include support for the Apple Pencil</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This lightweight rechargeable stylus was unveiled alongside <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/09/ipad-pro-apple-announces-new-129inch.html">the productivity-minded iPad Pro</a>, and has proven to be a big hit with artists and designers thanks to its low latency.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And Pencil support is not the only feature Apple is expected to borrow from the iPad Pro for its latest iPad Air.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
 </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Leaked cases have revealed four speakers around the 9.7 tablet, similar to those included in Apple's premium device.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The smart connector, <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/09/ipad-pro-apple-announces-new-129inch.html">used to share power and data between the keyboard and iPad Pro</a>, could also be bundled with the iPad Air 3.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Finally, we are expecting to see some minor upgrades for the Apple Watch, too.</div>

Everything you ever needed to know about penis pumps - and how to keep a healthy, active sex life - is right here.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But what is a penis pump used for? Samantha said: "Using a penis pump can benefit men who have erectile dysfunction (ED) and can also help prevent men from developing ED by maintaining good penis health, which, in turn improves the quality of erections and strength of orgasms.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"Using a penis pump to treat ED can be helpful when medication and surgical interventions do not work or cannot be used due to safety reasons."</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
She added: "The penis needs to be exercised to keep it functioning properly. Regular use of a penis pump can prevent or reduce the incidence of ED developing."</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Staggeringly, one in 10 men in the world are thought to suffer from ED, yet it's still one of the least-discussed inflictions across the globe.</div>

It does state the vacuum devices are sometimes used in the 'short-term' treatment of impotence. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Talking about impotence, the NHS claims the use of penis pumps are 'successful' in 90 per cent of cases. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is worth noting, Samantha revealed, penis pumps are safe for men who have poor blood flow to the penis, diabetes, surgery for prostate or colon cancer and psychological conditions such as anxiety or depression. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
They are not recommended if you have any of the following disorders:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Sickle cell anaemia. Some forms of leukaemia or any blood disorder which makes you susceptible to bleeding or blood clots.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

 <section class="text-description">Hands up if you own a smartphone? Laptop? Tablet? You might even have all three and the chances are, you spend even more time on them than you spend sleeping.</section><section class="text-description">A recent Ofcom study found that the average adult clocks up a whopping eight hours 41 minutes engaged in some form of media or digital communication, compared to an average of eight hours 21 minutes sleeping in a 24 hour period. That means we spend more than half of our waking hours staring at a device of some kind.</section><section class="text-description">But, apart from taking over your life, how might your technology be affecting your health? </section><section class="text-description"><strong>Tech neck</strong></section><section class="text-description">According to the British Chiropractic Association, smartphones are responsible for the rise in the number of young people with back and neck problems, as the amount of time spent leaning over small phone screens can put spinal discs under pressure.</section><section class="text-description">Thanks to our technological lifestyle, 45 per cent of 16 to 24 year olds suffer from back pain – a 60 per cent rise from last year. “Bending your head over your tablet, laptop or smartphone strains the muscles in the neck,” explains Tim Hutchfulof the British Chiropractic Association (chiropractic-uk.co.uk). Do this for hours on end and your body will eventually start to adopt this hunched position.</section><section class="text-description">“The average human head weighs about 12lbs but, for every single inch that your head is angled forward, another 10lbs is added. So, if you continually bend your head three inches that adds an alarming 42lbs in weight to the neck.”</section><section class="text-description">Fix it: “Be conscious of keeping the body in a neutral position at all times,” advises Tim. “That means keeping your ears at an equal distance from your shoulders and your chin neither up nor down.” Position your tablet or laptop screen approximately one arm’s length away. Too far away and you may lean forward too much, causing unnecessary tension to the neck muscles. </section><section class="text-description">To allow you to sit straight while focusing on the screen, make sure that the top of the screen is at eye level.</section><section class="text-description"><strong>Sleep deprivation</strong></section><section class="text-description">Sleeping with your phone near you causes hyper-vigilance – feeling alert, tense and on guard: “Subconsciously, you’re expecting a call or text and this means your sleep will be lighter,” explains sleep expert Dr Neil Stanley. The second problem is the light it emits.</section><section class="text-description">The bright screen of your computer is fine during daylight hours but becomes unhealthy when bedtime is approaching because it interferes with the body’s natural rhythm, suppressing the production of the sleepy hormone melatonin and fooling your body into thinking you need to stay up.</section><section class="text-description">Fix it: Try F.lux, a free app that makes the colour of your computer screen resemble the current time of day, helping your body recognise that bedtime is drawing near. And try to switch off all devices an hour before bed to allow a good wind-down routine. When you do turn in, avoid all light including night lights: they emit normal white light, which contains all the colours of the spectrum, including energising blue that makes it harder to get back to sleep.</section><section class="text-description">And if you do wake in the night, never look at electronic devices like phones or tablets. Listening to any sound at a high volume – more than 89 decibels or dB(A) – for more than five hours a week can damage hearing permanently over time, says Action on Hearing Loss. Listening to music at a loud volume is a common risk factor – yet research has found that 39 per cent of 18 to 24 year olds listen to their favourite tunes at a dangerously loud volume.</section><section class="text-description">Fix it: Use the 60:60 rule: listen to your music at 60 per cent of the MP3 player’s maximum volume for no more than 60 minutes a day (if your device has a “smart volume” feature, use it to help you regulate the volume). “And invest in noise-cancelling headphones,” advises Gemma Twitchen, senior audiologist at Action on Hearing Loss (action onhearing.loss.org.uk).</section><section class="text-description">“These headphones mean that you don’t need to increase the volume to override annoying background noise. But when researchers scanned the brains of older adults who used GPS and compared the results with those who read maps, the latter showed higher activity and a greater volume of grey matter in the hippocampus (the part of the brain associated with memory) than those relying on GPS.</section><section class="text-description">The map readers also did better on a test used in the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment, which often precedes Alzheimer’s. And it’s not just sat navs that can dull the mind. Overreliance on computer aids of all kinds may rob our brains of the stimulation they need to stay healthy. Research suggests that people who don’t regularly challenge themselves intellectually through work or learning are more likely to suffer from dementia in later life.</section><section class="text-description">Fix it: Don’t allow old skills such as map reading to die out because technology isn’t invincible, warns a spokesperson at Ordnance Survey. “Basic map-reading skills are vital as, sometimes, batteries and phone signals let you down.” Try using GPS to help you find new destinations, then disabling the gadget on return journeys or when going somewhere that isn’t new. And keep a written back-up list of essential numbers for when phones get lost, stolen and damaged.</section><section class="text-description"> </section><section class="text-description"><strong>Laptop laziness</strong></section><section class="text-description">While fitness trackers and running apps can encourage exercise, the chances are that modern technology is only contributing to your sedentary lifestyle. In an analysis of several years of health data from more than 334,000 Europeans, the researchers estimated that the risk of early death could be reduced by between 16 and 30 per cent by doing a small amount of moderate exercise daily.</section><section class="text-description"><strong>Screen strain</strong></section><section class="text-description">We spend nearly 50 hours a week looking at computer screens, according to research conducted by the College of Optometrists. Remember to blink regularly (when focusing on a screen your reflexes will slow down, you blink less and tear production is reduced causing dry and uncomfortable eyes) and adopt the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away (six metres) for 20 seconds to give your eye muscles a break and help increase the rate of blinking.</section><div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Self-balancing scooters – nicknamed Hoverboards – have been dropped by a number of high-profile British retailers including Amazon UK, Argos and John Lewis.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The news comes just days after the <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/12/warning-thousands-of-hoverboards-seized.html">National Trading Standards, or NTS, seized some 15,000 of the 17,000 self-balancing scooters being imported into the UK</a>.</div>

NTS officials said many of the hoverboards seized had "non-compliant electrical components that could explode or catch fire".</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Non-compliant plugs, with missing fuses, were found with many of the self-balancing scooters. <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/12/warning-thousands-of-hoverboards-seized.html">This increases the risk of overheating and exploding</a>.</div>

Amazon UK has told customers in an email to take their self-balancing boards and "throw them away" at recycling centres, according to the Daily Telegraph.</div>

<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
Check the shape of the plug, many of the seized boards had a  clover-shaped mains plug.</div>

Double-check the online reviews before buying. Look for information about the company's head office as well as a landline number.</div>

Self-balancing scooters, nicknamed hoverboards, are fast becoming the must-have gadget this Christmas.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But one Alabama man claims his self-balancing gadget exploded under his feet.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Timothy Cade said he was riding his brand-new hoverboard scooter along a path when the device exploded into fire under his feet.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Footage recorded by Mr Cade, of Gulf Shores, Alabama, USA shows the self-balancing scooter quickly catch fire.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"I came outside turned it on, came down the sidewalk not even a 100 feet, and it exploded," Mr Cade later told local news network, WKRG.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"Batteries started shooting out of it – you would not expect a fire like that to come out of a little thing like that. I was not expecting something like that."</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
A NIFTY device that promises to end the misery of snoring once and for all is about to hit the shelves - and Brits are already among its biggest fans.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
The clever gadget works by listening out for the offending noise then giving snorers an automated "nudge" every time they start, mimicking the actions of a disgruntled partner.</div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
The wireless invention sits underneath a pillow - and its makers say it can stop someone from snoring without waking them or their sleeping bedfellow.</div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
A bedside monitor measures the levels of noise and when snoring gets too loud it activates a mini pump that inflates a small mat underneath the pillow.</div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
Snoring occurs when neck muscles relax during sleep, narrowing airways. The slight movement caused by Nora stimulates the neck muscles which then opens up the user's airways.</div>
<div class="storycopy" style="text-align: justify;">
It connects via Bluetooth to a smartphone so users can then download and analyse data about their snoring habits.</div>

APPLE could be developing a standalone health-tracking gadget – separate from its Apple Watch range.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Apple CEO Tim Cook has hinted the US technology company could be building a new health-focused wearable device or app.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Mr Cook dropped the hint during a recent interview in which he addressed <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/09/apple-iphone-6s-launch-iphone-6s-uk.html">the launch of the firm's new larger-screen iPad Pro</a> and <a href="http://newsnewsblog.blogspot.com/2015/11/snooping-laws-will-leave-you-vulnerable.html">new UK snooping laws which could legislate a backdoor into encrypted services, like iMessage</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Speaking to <i>the Daily Telegraph</i>, Mr Cook talked about the company's future plans in the health sphere.</div>

Without approval from the FDA, the Apple Watch can only sport a limited number of health features. And that isn't likely to change anytime soon. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"We don't want to put the watch through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) process," Mr Cook confirmed.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"I wouldn’t mind putting something adjacent to the watch through it, but not the watch, because it would hold us back from innovating too much, the cycles are too long. </div>
