LIVERPOOL youngster Jerome Sinclair looks set to join Watford, according to reports.
Sinclair scored his first senior goal for the Reds in the 2-2 FA Cup third round draw with Exeter.
The 19-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season, and negotiations over a new deal have stalled.
Liverpool are happy to let the youngster leave now as they will only be due compensation if he remains at Anfield until the summer.
And the Daily Mirror claim Watford are now close to bringing the striker Vicarage Road.
Quique Flores' side are happy to move now and they do not want to miss out in the summer when Sinclair becomes a free agent.
He will provide back up to the Hornets' front pair of Odion Igahlo and Troy Deeney, who have formed a deadly partnership in the club's return to the Premier League.
Sinclair, who had a loan spell in the Championship with Wigan last season, became Liverpool's youngest player in 2012 when he came off the bench in a League Cup tie at West Brom, aged just 16 years and six days.
He has also been attracting interest from dutch club Groningen, Espanyol and Manchester City.
