THE LG G5 could launch next month – and is rumoured to have a very interesting twist.

LG's next smartphone could have THIS killer, never-before-seen feature
Rumours for the LG G5 point to a removable bottom, dual rear cameras and faster processor

The LG G4 was a brilliant smartphone, thanks to its beautiful 5.5inch display and impressive rear camera. Unfortunately the industrial design was a little bland.
But that could be fixed in the firm's latest flagship handset, the LG G5.
The smartphone is rumoured for launch next month at the Mobile World Congress technology show in Barcelona.
According to serial leaker Evan Blass, the LG G5 will have a removable bottom.

The LG G4 will reportedly have an all-metal case, with a removable bottom to access to the battery

This will allegedly replace the removable case used in the LG G4, and let smartphone owners quickly gain access to the battery.
CNET Korea have produced renders based on what they've heard about the next-generation smartphone.
A retractable bottom will allow LG to move away from plastic for the rear case of its flagship smartphone, a material that left the LG G4 feeling a little cheap.
Indeed, some reports from the LG supply chain point to a new all-metal case.

LG is rumoured to launch the LG G5 some 10 months after its predecessor, the LG G4

The removable bottom could also allow LG owners to access to the microSD and SIM card tray.
According to reports, the handset will pack a larger display than last year. Some have suggested the LG G5 will boast a 5.6-inch, 2,560 x 1,440 display.
USB Type-C is tipped to make an appearance in the latest South Korean flagship, as well as 4GB of RAM.

Fingerprint sensors, dual rear-cameras for 3D-type photographs and a Snapdragon 820 are also heavily rumoured to make the cut.
LG is expected to reveal its 2016 flagship smartphone at next month's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona – the same week as Samsung's next smartphone is also expected to make an appearance.
Express.co.uk will bring you all the latest news as it breaks in Barcelona.
