Man United News: Van Gaal slammed over Rooney, Cavani January offer, Neville monitored
Ince reckons Rooney playing out of position is damaging his form
NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you all the latest news from Old Trafford.

Paul Ince has criticised Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal for playing Wayne Rooney in a deep role.
The former United midfielder, who made over 200 appearances for the club between 1989-1995, told the Daily Mail he believes out-of-sorts Rooney's form will only improve if he returns to his preferred role as a striker.
And Ince added that the Red Devils should never have sold forward Danny Welbeck to Arsenal, as he could have been a supremely talented striker for the club.

PSG have offered striker Edinson Cavani to Man United as they seek to offload the unhappy striker.
However, according to L'Equipe the Paris club have set the price at £32million, just £7million more than Van Gaal paid for summer signing Memphis Depay.
But neither Depay or fellow arrival Anthony Martial have set the Premier League on fire, and with Rooney misfiring, Cavani could prove to be the quick fix Van Gaal is after.

New Valencia boss Gary Neville's progress will be monitored by his former club, as he is installed as favourite to replace Van Gaal at Old Trafford.
Although the Dutchman is unlikely to be leaving any time soon, according to the BBC senior figures at United are said to be expecting to replace him in 2017 when his contract expires.
And should Van Gaal not renew his deal, Neville is first in line to make a return to the club where he spent his playing career.
