JURGEN KLOPP has refused to rule out taking the Liverpool manager's job but stopped short of denying it either.
When asked by a journalist form German newspaper Bild, he replied: "There's nothing to say. Neither a definite yes nor a definite no. I'm going home now."
Owners Fenway Sports Group are hoping to have the former Borussia Dortmund chief in place by the end of this week and are desperate to ensure they have a permanent manager for their next Premier League game at Tottenham on October 17.

Reports claim they will have another meeting with Klopp via videophone today as they look to thrash out the final details of a three-year deal.He remains their No.1 choice, while Carlo Ancelotti is still in the frame should talks not go well.
Things that will be discussed include the disbanding of the transfer committee currently in place, with Klopp demanding the final say on any transfers in and out of the club.
He is expected to sign the three-year deal this week.
