MARY BERRY once again hit a fashion high with her first outfit on the Great British Bake Off last night.

The 80-year-old food writer and TV presenter got chins wagging with her on-point outfit, bringing out a fuchsia pink jacket.

It was the first episode of the new series of GBBO last night, and it started off as it means to go on: bright, colourful and full of drama. 

Mary's jacket is from Joy, called the Louche Hallie Jacket it is still available online this morning. 

But, as many Mary fans will know, her fashion choices tend to sell out within hours of the show ending.

Originally priced at £69.00, the jacket has actually been reduced to £25 - so don't expect it to be around for long. 

A representative for Joy told NewsNewsBlog.blospot.com: "We have 26 left online. We actually had to request more stock to be delivered today as we sold out last night. The jacket is also available in stores nationwide in pink, white and coral.  

"We are absolutely thrilled to have Mary wearing the Louche jacket on episode one- we think she looks absolutely amazing."

This time last year Mary helped Zara sell out nation-wide when she wore their floral blazer on the show. 

To get the full Mary Berry effect pair the jacket (if you can still get hold of one) with a striped pink t-shirt and a pair of dark denim jeans. 

Oozing style and confidence, the TV star doesn't seem to be able to set a fashionable foot wrong these days.
