HIBS midfielder Scott Allen will have a medical at Celtic today.
Celtic have agreed a fee with Hibs for the 23-year-old after the Championship club rejected Rangers' advances.
Rangers made three bids bids for Allen this summer but the Leith club were determined not to sell to a Championship rival.
And it appears Hoops manager Ronny Deila has got his man, with tests expected to be done this afternoon before terms are discussed.
The deal is expected to cost Celtic £275,000 plus plus players.
Attacking midfielder Dylan McGeouch will join on a permanent transfer, while Liam Henderson will complete a loan switch as part of the transfer.
